Is that the character with the storyline where he gets her pregnant, the baby which is him grows up real fast, and they hook up?

No, thankfully, that was Carol Danvers, aka Ms. Marvel and then Captain Marvel. That's a storyline that everyone, including Marvel Comics, would prefer to forget.
The Jessica Jones storyline was written sensitively by Brian Michael Bendis, laying out exactly the cause of her PTSD. Still, it's going to be weird seeing Tennant playing a character that dark.
I saw Secret Smile, so not so weird for me after that role of his.

Blargh. Me too. I seriously wish I could unsee all of that.
What was Secret Smile? I know Tennant can do dark - I mean beyond some Who moments, we've got Broadchruch, his Hamlet and Barney Crouch, jr. to go on. So I'm curious what darker we could get. He also did a Casanova series, didn't he (which I have a hard time imagining).
It's all up on YouTube if you want to subject yourself to DT being a creepy gas lighter.
Secret Smile
I seriously cannot recommend it. Dark is one thing...this character is evil, manipulative, coarse, dangerous (and not in a fun way).
The whole thing is just ugly.
I hate to say it, but that make's it sound really interesting to me. But I like (in a manner of speaking) the dark, ugly stuff. I'm a big believer in catharsis.
I really wish the Arrow people could have gotten the rights to use Ted Kord, because this picture of Ray Palmer's outfit is dumb.
Someone let me know if this doesn't belong here. But here is the casting for the Arrow/Flash spinoff link. I thought I would be safe from wanting to watch this one because I can't stand Brandon Routh but Caity Loitz and Victor Garber make me think twice.
Possibly spoilery thoughts for Arrow: I wonder if they're going to find some weird way to resurrect Sara before the finale of Arrow
Also it is weird to see Victor Garber listed and not Stephen Amell.
