Yeap. I don't know much about the comics canon, but the character is supposed to be a composite of two people, I think? My suspicion is that the Younger Amell will portray the character most of the time ('cause he's probably cheaper to hire as a recurring guest star than Victor Garber.)
Wait, is that too much info in blackfont for Spoiler Light? These comic book shows are really confusing me re. what spoilers vs. speculations are.
