Well, they didn't hire Arnell for his acting, and if he's got his shirt on (more topless superheroes, stat), they gotta get their ROI somehow.
But his football paint was getting scanter and scanter. Last couple times he could almost have worn it clubbing back when raccoon eyes were trendy.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.
Now it's more of a smoky eye under the domino instead of football paint or panda eyes. I'll accept that. I mean my disbelief is already pretty suspended on Arrow. He's no Winter Soldier certainly.

Weirdly, I probably would have been confused about john Noble if you used character names! Maybe if you called him Paceys father from Fringe? Or Denethor?
