I guess I'd always taken it that a pre-existing character should be whitefonted. I mean, my interpretation may be other than what is intended. I confess I haven't read the slug in here for a long time until probably yesterday. I sort of, well, just figured I was right in what I thought, ha! Guidelines? I don't need no stinking guidelines!
Spoilage Lite - The Return
[NAFDA] The place for casting and other vague spoilers, for those who merely want to wade, not drown, in the spoiler sea. Episode titles, writers, and preview speculation in black font. Exiting cast, TV Guide and other entertainment articles and their discussion white-fonted. Hard core spoilers are not allowed.
I haven't read enough to know if Pellegrino is playing the original character or not.
Ah, OK, well that's a point. I was just assuming he was; well, and hoping, if I'm to be honest. For my particular level of wanting to stay pure, seeing him in blackfont is fine. I also don't know where to draw the line with him.
This does make me realise that Genevieve coming back for The French Mistake--not spoiler. But that's seriously the only one that makes me blanch.
See, I think this is where it's open to interpretation and because the show's characters thought she was returning as her original character. I wouldn't have posted it black even if the new spoiler rule passes.
Dean thought she was Ruby at first. That's recurring enough characterization.
I realize I couldn't pull anyone into Bureau over it, but personally I'd air on the side of caution and I'd pout in a post before shrugging it off.
Community is planning a Law & Order homage.
Chang-Chang
Heee! OK, I am easily amused.
Hulu has been running ads for L&O SVU during communtiy and Iv'e been wondering if they did a L&O episode at all.
Other shows being advertised - X Files and Monk. X Files I think is very appropriate.
Morena Baccarin returning to The Mentalist.
What was her role before?
Evil matchmaker. And I believe she is returning as the same character.
