I don't have any feelings towards her one way or the other, but I do wish she'd learn the difference between "I" and "me."
It's @jarpad and I on set so far this morning.
Lk what #Supernatural presented to James and I
Which I know is a nitpicky kind of thing to focus on, but there you go.
She reeked of not very bright. And of mind-altering substances. She really stuck out as stank.
She was a bitch and also not very good.
I hate when that happens. very disappointing.
On the flip side? Alexis, JAR, Amy Acker, and Julie Benz were all really nice and consummate pros...and none of the crew talked trash about
them
behind their backs.
Her use of "Frans" drives me insane for some reason... what is that? Friends/Fans?
Ah, I'm sorry to hear that, but it does go a long way to explaining some of the contortions they had to put Cordelia through there in conjunction with rumors I'd heard. Too bad.
I had "heard" that the Cordelia stuff was directly due to her behavior and inability to show up when needed.
Also, I vaguely remember a story about cutting her hair but I can't remember the details.
I thought that one of the reasons they killed her off was due to her behavior.
Happier news: RDA guest starring on
Raising Hope.
CC didn't bug me until (why the hell did I watch) ...god I can't even remember the name of it now, some fantasy BDSM miniseries with magic and a portal to the underworld. I just couldn't figure out wtf she was doing there because she sure didn't seem to be enjoying herself or, you know, acting.
I had totally heard before then that there were substance abuse rumours, and that ended up being why she was written off for a while, so she could dry out. But nowhere other than here or maybe Buffista enclaves on LJ have I seen that, because the web at large loves her and thinks Joss was a prick to her, and she was some sort of beatific genius.
Anonymously (of course--I can't deal with the heat) I've gotten into some quite angry arguments with people who've accused me of lying about what I experienced first hand, saying I'm tainted by being a Joss fangirl. Yeah, that's me, unquestioning Whedonite.
