Me three. I just happen to have inhaled the show in the last couple of weeks and uh, I might be wee bit obsessed with it right now. It started off so-so but got quite compelling by the season finale. I may also have developed a thing for the actor who plays Nathan. *cough*
I saw a brief description about Priestly's character somewhere. It looked interesting.

Yeah, I read the show is filmed in Nova Scotia. The scenery is v. pretty.

And employing local talents! Nicholas Campbell (who plays the Chief) has been around for a long time. And both the Teagues brothers were played by local actors, IIRC.
Anyway, Lucas Bryant is marvellously tall. And has nice eyes. And a pretty voice. And the rest.
