Wasn't that Doc Hollywood? Sounds craptastic.

Spoilage Lite - The Return
[NAFDA] The place for casting and other vague spoilers, for those who merely want to wade, not drown, in the spoiler sea. Episode titles, writers, and preview speculation in black font. Exiting cast, TV Guide and other entertainment articles and their discussion white-fonted. Hard core spoilers are not allowed.
Doctor Who Casting news: James Corden to return as Craig Owens in the new series, plus Hugh Bonneville, David Walliams and Lily Cole.
I think Forsythe is a decent physical match, but I don't know anything about his acting, really. He never struck me one way or another.
Game of Thrones episode three is called "Lord Snow".
Balthazar will be back on SPN, big surprise. But this is just an excuse to link to dorky set pics: [link] and [link]
Ooh, S. Epatha Merkerson has been cast in a new drama - pilot to be directed by Jonathan Demme. Julie Benz is also in the cast and Jennifer Ehle is too - although I'm not sure she'll be a regular.
I'm kinda pissed that Chiklis and Benz have new roles for next year. It seems cold that this comes ahead of renewal news, but then again, renewal news feels really slow this year, and it's their job security so their choices to make.
Still! The finale hasn't aired yet! Even if their pilot roles are second whatever, it just feels like there's less point getting invested in anything that's going to happen.
Eric McCormack - is in a new drama series greenlit by TNT and the Futon Critic also says that SyFy is going to have more new Christmas stuff including Christmas episodes from Warehouse 13 and Haven and a Peter Pan prequel called "Neverland" with Keira Knightley voiceing Tinkerbell.
The main event for Syfy is a new movie called Snowmageddon.
ita, I agree - it seems odd that they've already locked down roles for next year and that they've been announced before any renewal/cancellation news has been released.
Yeah, they could at least hold off on the announcements.
