Former CSI: Miami star Eddie Cibrian will replace Jeff Hephner as the star in the NBC pilot Playboy.
The project, from 20th Century Fox TV, Imagine TV and writer-executive producer Chad Hodge, centers on a Chicago attorney who is also a Keyholder at the glamorous, exclusive Playboy Club.

The Playboy Club is glamorous?
I think it was in the 60s, which is the time period that the series is set in.

Yeah, especially the one in Chicago. I think that's the one where Gloria Steinem went undercover as a bunny?
ETA: nope, New York. But still, they were considered the elite of Gentlemen's Clubs back in the day.
don't make fun. I watch that too.
Not making fun. I just thought it was gone.
I can't defend the show. But given the twist in the season finale, I will be back if they air it again.
I like Haven, and the finale last year was twisty goodness.
The thing about Have that really bothers me is/was the lead guy's no-feeling thing. It was very badly thought out/presented. But I grew to like the chemistry between the characters (okay, I kind of ship them now), and I always like a cocky Jesse Balfour.
Can't wait to see how they pick up after the season finale, and Brandon (or Dylan) is always a good pick for a guest arc.
