[NAFDA] The place for casting and other vague spoilers, for those who merely want to wade, not drown, in the spoiler sea. Episode titles, writers, and preview speculation in black font. That would work for me.
Sasha Roiz has been cast in
Grimm:
Caprica co-star Sasha Roiz has booked the last series regular role in NBC's drama pilot Grimm, a dark but fantastical cop drama about a world in which characters inspired by Grimm’s Fairy Tales exist. It centers on Nick Burckhardt (David Giuntoli), a detective who starts to see humans as beast/animals and discovers that he has a legacy - to protect "humans" from these beasts. Roiz, repped by Domain and Pearl Hanan Management, will play the police captain.
From SpoilerTV.
They're really only going to pick up either Precinct 17 or Grimm, aren't they? Assuming they pick up either of them at all.
Thomas Dekker (Sarah Conner Chronicles) has been cast in the Kevin Williamson produced series based on the other books by the author of the Vampire Diaries.
So, is Life Unexpected cancelled? I was kind of looking forward to more!
Yes, they did kind of a crazy fast forward to Lux's graduation in the last episode to finish it up.
Wow, i guess I missed the end of that! (Life UneXpected)
ETA- I apparently missed the entire 2nd season! They must not have shown it on hulu, because I was looking for it.
ETA- Ok- I missed it on Hulu. I am nutty.
I gave up Life Unexpected once they started going down the student/teacher relationship road. Just... ugh.
Yeah, I don't know why tv is so enchanted with that storyline.
ION, Titus Welliver has been cast in the pilot of Awakening.
I just read that Jason Priestly is joining the cast of
Haven.
And some Game of Thrones news from Winter-is-Coming:
We had thought that every Sunday would give us a new episode title, but episode two’s title came a little early, thanks to Spoiler TV. The second episode of Game of Thrones is entitled “The Kingsroad”, according to them, and they also have synopses of the first two episodes.
In related news, HBO will add a number of Thrones featurettes to HBO On Demand on March 21st. These include a 3-minute video called “About Game of Thrones”, another 3-minute video called “Invitation to the Set”, a trailer (which may or may not be new), and two 1-minute profile videos, one on House Stark and one on Houses Lannister and Baratheon. I have no idea whether any of this will air on HBO or be added to HBO.com, but hopefully it will at some point.
