May have been the losing side. Still not convinced it was the wrong one.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

This is feeling less and less like actual Torchwood.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

This is feeling less and less like actual Torchwood.

Seconded.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

This is feeling less and less like actual Torchwood.

I'm just intrigued enough to watch an ep or two of this new show that has a character called Capt Jack. But I'm not investing.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

Wait, John Barrowman's not in it?

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Yes, Barrowman's in it.

I mean, I'll watch? Probably? After being spoiled?

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

okay. if Barrowman is in it. Who is Pullman playing?

wtf is this show?

“Not dead yet!”

It's sounding almost more like a reboot as opposed to a continuation.

Then again, it's worked for the Who franchise for a long time, even if the Torchy method is differing a bit.

Since they have Barrowman and Eve Myles and they seem to be building a good supporting cast around them, I'm willing to give it a try.

Doesn't mean I don't still miss Ianto and Owen and Tosh.

Just that I'm willing to give it a try.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

there's Barb adding reason to my bitterness. Won't work on me, missy.
