Duuuude. Clearly the most awesome bit about that SCC casting news is Garret Dillahunt as the new terminator. Gillahunt famously played both Jack McCall (S1) and Francis Wolcott (S2) in Deadwood, and recently showed up in Life as Roman. He's a brilliant character actor. I love him.

I do not know why there is 1 & 4 but that's what there is. Similar oddities with known Torchwood season 2 episode titles:
