It's all about choices, Faith. The ones we make, and the ones we don't. Oh, and the consequences. Those are always fun.

Aww. That's got to be some serious validation right there, Allyson.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Hey, look where JJ was before the party:

Hollywood couple Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck have laughed off rumors they married over the weekend - insisting they were celebrating the Alias beauty's 33rd birthday with a lavish party. The stunning actress erected a huge marquee in the garden of her Brentwood, Los Angeles home on Saturday, prompting speculation Garner would wed her Daredevil co-star. Hordes of paparazzi camped outside Garner's home as Alias creator JJ Abrams and Affleck's actor brother Casey Affleck and fiancee Summer Phoenix arrived at the bash. One guest added to the rumors when he joked to the photographers as he was leaving, saying, "that was the best wedding ever." As well as actual wedding ceremony rumors, Britain's News Of The World tabloid claimed Sunday Affleck would be getting down on one knee and proposing to his girlfriend of 10-months at the bash. Affleck's representative Ken Sunshine denied Affleck and Garner were married over the weekend.

Allyson, the party rocked! I had a terrific time, and kudos to everyone involved for putting on such a great event. Hopefully, I'll be able to work on my pics and video tonight.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

I'm so glad you had a great time! I was worried. You looked serious.

eirefairie just posted some pics, and this made me laugh: [link]

He helped me down to the safe, and to help me open the damn safe. Seriously, thank them. I need to write many thank you cards. I'm still behind from my birthday, but let them know, totally appreciated.

And feel out if they're available for the Serenity thing. Hee.

Yeah, I was aware of the fact I didn't have a happy, cheerful face on and felt badly about that.

Chalk it up to exhaustion. I worked overnight Thursday despite an early Friday morning flight, got a few hours of sleep on the plane, then it was "go, go, go" from the minute I landed until I flew out Monday morning. I wouldn't trade the whirlwind nature of the weekend for anything else, though.

Socializing also isn't a strong spot of mine and it takes me a while to warm up.

ita looked at me funny when I requested a photo. (And of course, I had the unfortunate timing of having to swap out my batteries at that very moment.) But how could people like eirefaerie and I resist taking photos when the Hottie Security Team™ was present?
