I'm guessing Sayid forgot to mention that Rousseau was battier than a bedbug. Or he doesn't mind validation from the certifiable, which seems unlikely, given his reactions to Charlie's language.

Lost: OMGWTF POLAR BEAR
[NAFDA] This is where we talk about the show! Anything that's aired in the US (including promos) is fair game. No spoilers though -- if you post one by accident, an admin will delete it.
as they were filtered through Wrongda in this case, it's entirely possible that the producers fed her a line and are actually going to use the story after all.
That's the other factor. (Sorry to play spoiler nanny. I just figure it's better it comes from a spoiler thread person, than that some innocent gets offended, corrupted or both.)
And I've loved all of Fury's episodes.
Obesity puts you in the psych ward
No, but it can be a symptom. Not obesity per se, but eating only sweets is a symptom of schizophrenia (and I stress ONLY--I eat enough chocolate to put some folks in a coma, but I also manage to throw some protein and veggies in there once in a while). A friend who worked at a halfway house for Psych patients said they used to eat incredible amounts of sugary foods--like entire boxes of Captain Crunch amd Pepsi for breakfast and bags of circus peanuts and stuff like that.
I found Charlie really annoying in this episode, but I had all ready been thinking about him. I find him likable, amd sweet, but his isn't real smart. or insightful and somewhat self centered. His panic with Hurly is partially based on the fact that he like him - and up untill this time has been pretty predictable. Also , Charlie is a follower. who likes to know who the leaders are. in this case Syaid and Jack are the leaders, not Hurley.
at the end, I don't think Charlie trust Hurley the way he used to ( sort of unthinking ) and I also think that 156 million dollars is probbably not something he thinks of as a secret.
in this case Syaid and Jack are the leaders, not Hurley.
I can't think of Jack as a leader. Barring a medical emergency, I can't even think of him as useful. Did he accomplish anything yesterday?
Maybe a mediator.
I don't think of jack as a leader, but I think Charlie thinks of him as a leader.
Got all heart-twisty when he clutched at Rousseau and hugged the stuffing out of her.
That was a wonderful moment.
Is it too soon to tag She says hey?
Vague to leave options open, but the strong objection to being called crazy, and the sorrow of putting his family through so much, with added topping of the relationship with people at the psych ward point toward previous patient.
Then again, he could have met Lenny while visiting his grandpa 4 years ago when he was in the hospital.
The letting the numbers out of the box and how this may relate to French chick changing the broadcast is cool stuff.
I think Charlie thinks of Vincent as a leader.

I think Charlie thinks of Vincent as a leader.
Nah -- remember a few episodes ago (I can't remember specifically which one), when Charlie said *to Jack* that, of all the people on the island, Locke is the only one he'd trust with his life.
With "Walkabout", "Special" and "Numbers" under his belt, I think Fury can probably claim the mantle of best staff writer on the show.
Definitely. Those are three of my favorite episodes. I didn't love "Solitary" tons, but it was all right. My other favorite episodes are "Confidence Man" (Damon Lindelof) and "Raised by Another" (Lynne E. Litt). "Outlaws" (Drew Goddard) gets an honorable mention.
