The generation that could change the world is still looking for its car keys.

Gandalfe, how is your lovely wife? I've wondered, but I rarely cross paths with either of you.

Fine. She had surgery last Tuesday, but came home Saturday and is recovering nicely. Watching many, many movies while laid up.

Jillie, remember to tell her to flee the room when William Sadler appears.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Well, good for the nice recovery. And really, I can't think of a better occupation for being laid up than movie watching. Unless it's cat stacking, but we shall not go there.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Cat stacking is something you need to recover from, not do while trying to recover.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Which is why I wasn't going there. Go movie watching, choose movie watching!

Apart from sports, "my secret favorite thing on earth is ketchup. I will put ketchup on anything. But it has to be Heinz." - my husband, Michael Vartan

I really want to see The Wedding Date. And Bride and Prejudice. And Mr. and Mrs. Smith. Why aren't these movies out already?

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

I just saw an ad for "Constantine." I'll probably see it, but I am still very, very bitter that they didn't cast Callum Keith Rennie in the lead role. Of course, I would have also been delighted if they'd cast Sting, just because...

Woe to the fucking wicked.

Ooooh. Yes. I was trying to come up with someone who would have actually been good for the part. CKR.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Our friend Andy did props on that. I got to see a lighter and some coins and stuff which were very cool, so I know those will be good.

Art Crawl!!!

I saw the Constantine trailer when I saw Million Dollar Baby. When it came on, one of my friends (I went with, like, 3 other people) said, "Oooh", in a "now I understand" kind of way.

Because when I told her that Keanu Reeves was going to play Constantine, she thought I meant Constantine the Great.
