I'm trying to think of my favorite bendy-time flick and all that is coming to mind is Time Bandits but that doesn't really apply.
I should have, but I didn't hate Timeline.
Shows a marked lack of imagination that my brain can't seem to find a bendy-time story in the database that does not include the word time.
More thinking necessary, but more work needing done. Priorities!

Doubtful. I love both Bruce Willis and Brad Pitt. But I wouldn't mind seeing the original short film some time.

Dude indeed. First movie I ever liked Brad Pitt in.
And I've seen La Jetée. It's possible to like both -- they're very different critters.
Also (if we're listing time travel movies without time in the title that don't suck), Terminator and T2.

Ah, point. And granted, T3 had a pretty ballsy ending, but it wasn't as great.
I'm really anxious to see The Butterfly Effect, despite its apparent suckage.
Oh. Technically, Army of Darkness is a time travel adventure, though it really doesn't count since it doesn't have any time travel fun.
Ooh, now I've got the freaky 12 Monkeys theme in my head.
In the end, I really liked T3. I was surprised to, and sometimes when I think about the Terminator movies, I kind of forget it exists, but it was good.
I hated T3.

I can't cope with the conundrum presented by time travel.
In T2, for instance, clearly for the Arnold Terminator (we'll call him "Gov. Terminator") to be sent to the present day, John Connor sent him. But wait! Gov. Terminator is sent to keep John Connor from getting killed. But in order to send Gov. Terminator back, John Connor had to have survived to adulthood at some point in the timeline, so then there would be no need to send him back to fight Robert Patrick Terminator (who, even though I'm finished with my example, will be known as Hottie Terminator).
It makes my head hurt.
