List is more inclusive, anyway.

Bureaucracy 3: Oh, so now you want to be part of the SOLUTION?
A thread to discuss naming threads, board policy, new thread suggestions, and anything else that has to do with board administration and maintenance. Guaranteed to include lively debate and polls. Natter discouraged, but not deleted.

It's much more inclusive. That's part of why I like it better, even though I suggested the other.
Goodbye and Good Riddance 2006: And Your Senate Majority, too!
I like this one better, though I may be biased. 2006 is on my list for hurting my friends but was a good year for me personally. The fact that we finally got a few fewer Shrub cronies in Congress really made my year. 2005, on the other hand, can bite me.
So really, either one. But I love Senate majority so very much.
Here's what I'm thinking: we aren't a political site. Even though enough people think the same way about a lot of things, that it can often feel like it's "everyone," it isn't. So, like we don't use swears in our thread titles (we don't, right?), I don't think we should use politics.
I agree with Jesse.
Unless we had a politics thread!
runs very far away and hides very very well
I also agree with Jesse.
I can't hear Daisy, at all. I think she's talking in her sleep--night terrors, even.
Jesse completely rules.
Well we put lots of things in thread titles that aren't necessarily representative of the way everyone feels, and we do generally have watch-and-posts for elections that tend to skew pretty Democratic...but that said, I do hear where you're coming from. I would hate to alienate someone on the board over politics.
t also ignoring DJ and her craxy-politics-thread-wanting self
What? I was about to second DJ. That wasn't a proposal?
