And you're sure this isn't just some fanboy thing? 'Cause I've fought more than a couple pimply, overweight vamps that called themselves Lestat.

Our wings are not tired.

Mmmm koolaid. Do you have sugar-free?

What is even happening?

Once you take a sip, you don't care about the sugar, Laura. Go ahead. Drink it. You know you want to. It's red flavored!

It's a little thicker than I remember Kool-Aid being, though.

Whatever you say Cindy..... .... ... .. .

What is even happening?

From the movie thread header:

Spoiler policy: White font all plot-related discussion until a movie's been in wide release two weeks, and keep the major HSQ in white font until two weeks after the video/DVD release.

How are we going to handle Serenity discussion, once the movie is in broad release? Is non-white fonted discussion going to live permanently in the Firefly Spoilers thread?

Also, I have not used the movie thread much, on account of having no life. Is "keep the major HSQ in white font until two weeks after the video/DVD release" followed in practice?

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

I was going to ask the same thing, Cindy.

In my opinion, it's going to be very difficult to keep the HSQ events separate from the general discussion of the film.

One option, which I'm not sure I like but I'll throw it out there, is to have all movie discussion in the FF Spoilers thread. Given that there won't be any new spoilers until and if a sequel gets underway, the FF Spoilers thread will be otherwise purposeless.

If we do that, then I'd suggest no spoilery film talk, not even whitefonted, in the main FF thread.

It seems to me that's the most workable, Jon. If enough other people feel the same way, we'd want to update the thread descriptions, and maybe the slugs, so anyone new who is looking for film talk doesn't accidentally nuke the regular FF thread with a HSQ spoiler.

That's the pain / That cuts a straight line down through the heart / We call it love

That works for me too.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

For how long? A couple months?

Is the film being released world-wide at the same time? That is, will people like Nilly, billytea, and Madrigal be able to see it soon? What about the UK Buffistas? Continental Buffistas?

Release Info. It premiered in the UK a month ago.

However, having a show thread be NAFDA is SOP.
