Just out of curiousity, why do we wait until the vote's done to start another Lightbulb discussion? We can't vote on one thing and discuss another thing at the same time?

I think it helps build some breathing room into the process. There's a weird friction that builds up when too much bureaucracy happens at once. Sparky discussions from previous issues tend to land on the dry tinder of new topics. Better to space them out with a firebreak. Just my opinion.

I've only started watching the show (it's on a cables channel that I don't have. My friend T fell so deeply in love with the show, she taped it and made me watch so that she'd have somebody to talk with about it), so as far as I could tell I haven't seen this quote yet, and still I like it a lot.
