I think it helps build some breathing room into the process. There's a weird friction that builds up when too much bureaucracy happens at once. Sparky discussions from previous issues tend to land on the dry tinder of new topics. Better to space them out with a firebreak. Just my opinion.

We tried using asbestos, but the environmental issues got too expensive.
According to the vote's results, it's now the time to discuss a name for the new "Veronica Mars" thread, and/or to raise another proposal, if anybody wants.
So, we need to set up the new Veronica Mars thread. We need a title, a slug, and a description.
