Wait. The Rules should be WAY less prominent than the Etiquette. People need to not be assholes every day, but hardly anyone has to put forth a proposal.

What jesse said, and not just to be redundant.
On a similar note, the Etiquette is getting kind of long. It was originally drafted as a short and easy--to-read alternative to the filky one, but now it's practically three full screens. Is there any way we could trim it to one or 1.5 screens? Most of the stuff in there can be boiled down to "don't be a jerk" anyhow.
So are we also good at doing the same thing again and again?Only in the sense that we do a good job at repeating ourselves over and over.
What jesse said, and not just to be redundant.Or repetitive, for that matter.
Also, the FAQ is horribly out of date, while we're here.
So it sounds like the task list is:
1. Turn Cheesebutt into something called Rules;
2. Edit Etiquette to a reasonable length;
3. Update the FAQ;
4. (Maybe) add Rules to the links at the bottom of each page.
Am I missing anything?
Nutty, can we work on the Rules stuff together, since I've started gathering the info on all the votes we've had? I noticed some of the links in the Law-Speak document were wrong and my preference is for a plainly worded document with as little cutsie as possible.

wrody wrod wrod.
I would volunteer to revamp the FAQ, but I'm not sure what I would do would satisfy the Will of the People.
re-vamp it, and send it out to everyone that we have a mailing address for so they can red-line edit it. That should work.
