Just to make sure I have this right, cause when I get the time, I'd love to submit:

Just not certain where you actually want carets and quotation marks in the formatting. Oh, and how does one format a dialogue?

The carets are just place holders -- you can leave them out, or I'll strip them. For multi-character, following the formatting in the quotes displayed -- you'd submit:
2, 22, "", "Angel: What's left? Buffy: Me.", "B"

I omitted the word "once" from the following (from the 2nd post):

It should read ALCS, instead of ACLS.
There are probably more, but that's what jumps out at me. I don't think anyone needs to go to the trouble of editing the colors into COMM. Besides, that'll be a pain in the arse for shrift, later, too.

For comparison, how many Buffy/Angel quotes are in there, for 144 Buffys and 110 Angels?

Sorry, I had no idea there were so many, let alone that there were more than the "Buffy" and "Angel" ones already in use.
No prob, just means we need to step up our B & A quotes.
