I asked Tim a similar question. However, I must point out that asking if someone, especially the former head honcho, has seen the show is not the same as discussing the episode.
If so, that's pretty restrictive. It's along the lines of "You can't even mention that any NAFDA show exists."
Now saying "Tim, if you've seen the episode, give us your thoughts" would be begging for info a little more blatently.
Although in retrospect, I suppose, "Tim, have you've seen the episode of Angel that was on tonight? I know we can't discuss it here, but I was just curious" would forestall stompy admonition.
FWIW, the real reason I stopped by here is to ask if we have some sort of cookie expiration set into the system. I had to log in this morning.
No big deal, just curious.

Yeah. Is a yes or no answer really what is being asked for in that question? Tim's spicy thoughts about the ep would be great, but in his own thread he would have to be stomped.

I've been having that problem on my home computer for a few months now. Though strangely, not on my work computer.
Actually, when I asked it, it was a "wonder if Tim has seen?".
If he would have responded right away, I would probably have said something about hopping over to the Angel thread and responding with his reaction.
But yeah, curiousity is me.
DCJ, I didn't say anything about you asking if he'd seen it. Just cautioned that the reflexive next step is to talk about it, and that it wasn't to happen there.

Daniel, you are correct, and your question was fine. However, the question that drew the warning asked Tim what he thought about the ep with regards to another ep. Hard to do a yes/no answer there. Also, I think the warning was useful just to remind folks (many of whom are new) that spoilers for Angel aren't to be discussed in that thread. As Betsy noted earlier in the day, there's a perfectly good Angel thread for that stuff. (Which ita just said.)

Actually, it was good for me, too. I always disremember how much FD is in NAFDA.
Do we warn then ban, or warn, warn again, then ban? Cheesebutt, we need you!
(This is only a quest for knowledge. Nothing is happening.)
