Tara: 'Your One-Stop Spot to Shop for Lots of New-Age and Occult Items.' Catchy. Giles: Think so? Tara: Uh huh. In a... hard to say sorta way.

'Sleeper'

F2F 2: Is there anybody here that hasn't slept together?

Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon: New Orleans! May 20-22, 2005!

"I'm useless alone." // "We're all useless alone. It's a good thing you're not alone."

The Radisson is up the street from the Quarter. Not necessarily walking distance, but not far either.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

Isn't the street car right there too? I need a map. Or, what's the cross street?

It's like a block away from where the interstate crosses Canal. -t's post said there was a streetcar stop there.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

The Radisson also provides a free shuttle to the Quarter and (I think) other points of interest.

It really doesn't matter. It's just an opinion. Don't worry about it. Not worth the hassle.

I was 6 months pregnant at the LA F2F. Needless to say, didn't even consider wearing a corset.

You had a beautiful sweater on, though.

And yep, to every word. Just dress in what works for you.

I adore all you motherfuckers so much -- PMM.

Seconding Burrell's gorgeousness at the LA F2F. And her DH is cute, too.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Question for Halloween in Seattle people. Are you dressing up in costume for Halloween, or just dressing up in leather/goth/funky?

Billytea, I know I never sent you an email about the drive down from SF, but I will this weekend.

Deb, if (and it is still an if, I am afraid), I come up there for Turkey day, what time would the meal start?

I'm dressing up, I'm just still dithering between two costumes.

Good Trouble and Righteous Fights

I'm just going as myself, unless I'm struck by inspiration involving clothes I already own and found objects in my own house.

Ann, that's a ferret.

Isn't the street car right there too? I need a map. Or, what's the cross street?

IIRC, the streetcar goes down Carondolet to Canal, down Cancal, and back up St. Charles. On the other side of Canal, Carondolet is Bourbon, and St. Charles is Royal.

But it's been a long, long time.
