Deb, The page didn't come up for me, except as a general link to Orbitz. I will play with it some tonight. It will keep me from breaking the TV during the debates.
Juliana, if you decide on a hotel tonight, let me know, and I will do the same.
'Sleeper'
Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon: New Orleans! May 20-22, 2005!

Plei, is this the right Marriott?
eta: Juliana, if it is the right one, we could get a suite with a king bed and a sofa sleeper in the living room for $269/night, which for three people isn't horrible.
Lee, it is it is!
So, I was thinking perhaps a Sunday brunch at my place? Anyone up for that?
By brunch, I mean things like cream scones, lemon curd, clotted cream, tea, other pastry things, etc.
Ooooh, brunch.
t kicks Seattle
Ooh, that sounds great, Plei.
In general, with Annabel around I'm not up for really late nights or wild par-tays, but I'd love getting together with people for meals and hanging out and such. And I can meet people at the airport as long as they're arriving solo--it's hard to fit anyone else in the backseat with Annabel's car seat.
a Sunday brunch at my place?
Another reason to add to the "reasons to go to Seattle" list that I'll be presenting to the DH tonight.
Plei, can we come eat scones too, even though we're not at the marriott? We have a caaaaaaaaaaaaar.....

I don't think it matters where the person's staying. *g*
Cool, because Nic is a world-class devourer of clotted cream teas. He doesn't drink the tea, mind you - but the clotted cream and the scones?
Oh, yes. Yes indeed.
