Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon: New Orleans! May 20-22, 2005!

I'm home. The phone didn't ring, Deb. Weird.
Huh. Will try again.
Deb, I just checked my caller id. I don't think you left me a message. The last call I had was from my mother's cell phone, 3 hours ago.
I am going to email you my phone number again.
I got a voicemail, a man's voice, repeating the number (it checked with the one you sent me from last week), and I left a message.
Will await the new email.
Shit, my phone is dead. This happened the other day, too. Never mind. I have to call the phone company. Hrrrr. We've had more phone trouble since we moved into this house.
Plei, I need to ask you a couple questions about Halloween. Any chance you can be on AIM tonight late (after about 11:00) or tomorrow after about 7:00?
drive by, drop in post:
rebate.hyatt.com arrived in today's mail addressed to Buffistas F2F. It looks like there's a rebate per # of paid room nights: 25-50 room nights, $500 rebate. 51-100 rooms, $1,000 rebate. They also plug: online books, website hosting for your group on their site for your event, wired high speed Internet, T-Mobile hot spot wireless access (looks like depends on the city).
The catch: booked before 9/30/04 and held in US, Canada or Caribbean by 12/30/04. So, FYI in case any local F2F's want to get together.
Deb, if you end up in the Connecticut area, a fabulous fabulous indie bookstore that has a lot of authors read is R J Booksellers in Madison. The owner, Roxanne, is often on the Faith Middleton show, an NPR radio host who sometimes does "book recommendation" shows. Could be great publicity...
Obviously my house would be yours if you needed a place to stay.
Woot! Thanks, Kristin. If I was going to do the Boston area, I'd want to do a few east coast hits, definitely.
