It really doesn't matter. It's just an opinion. Don't worry about it. Not worth the hassle.

Woot! JZ, can you stop at the Andronico's on Thursday, and grab some of the kosher cookies from the bakery there, and a loaf of the challah? For the cookies, maybe the macaroons? You can't miss the kosher ones - they're in Hebrew.

TWO DAYS!

Sail, either Mart or I can get you. We may have to hang around the airport a bit to grab the others, but I don't mind if you don't.

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

I don't mind a bit, deb. Check in for the hotel is between 2 and 11pm, so I'd have to wait there, too. Besides, it would be a hoot to meet everyone at the airport. There are bars there.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

About a quarter past eleven would be good - that gives us time to cruise back to my house and stuff another person in the car, in case I've left anyone out....

11:45 it is, then.

Our wings are not tired.

ND is truly a prince among men. Dead from the cute.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

I'll definitely bring wine with me for Thursday dinner -- it's only one bottle, and Nilly won't be able to partake, and I realize that bringing wine to No. Cal. is coals to Newcastle, but it's a Cincinnati wine, and it's a fabulous red, and, well, I want to share.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Deb, absolutely I can swing by Andronico's and pick the stuff up.

Also, open notice to ND (or, for that matter, Beth, Suela, or any other F2F'ing folk who may possibly be around this weekend and up to the task): If you have even just one single hour free and think you might be able to come by Zmayhem and get the TV, VCR, DVD player, and Tivo to play nicely together, you may consider yourself gifted with a bottle of the Scotch of your choice in the size of your choice. Possibly two or three.

Numfar, dance the Dance of Surprisingly Cheap Last-Minute Airline Tickets! By waiting til T-minus 6 days, I shaved $50 off the roundtrip fare to Boston and got on American rather than AirCattlecar. I'll not only be going to Beantown next week, I'll be able to eat while there.

Nora, Tom, do you think you'll have room for one more at the shindig Monday night?

Our wings are not tired

I got a great picture of nilly with pooh but my phone battery is almost dead so it won't make it online until later.

We are riding the train right now, AIFG!
