Well, it's just good to know that when the chips are down and things look grim you'll feed off the girl who loves you to save your own ass!

Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon: New Orleans! May 20-22, 2005!

"In the equation E = mc⬧, c⬧ is a pretty big honking number." - Scola

The only Maurice I know is a gangster of love.

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe

Only some people call him that.

You can't leave me to my own devices; my devices are Nap and Eat. -Zenkitty

Only because he speaks of the pompitus of love.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

Whee Woo...

(Or some kind of noise like that.)

Up with the sun

The dress I want to wear to prom ($19.95 at H&M, embossed black material, spaghetti straps) still won't zip past my waist. Must live on broth and celery for next several weeks.

Also, I got a letter from Java today. Do we have people signed up to deal with:

  • AV equipment for the hospitality suite?
  • Amps etc.for the music?
  • Picking the menu for Prom night?
  • Arranging the bartender?

I can do the last two with thread input on the menu, if no one else has signed up.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

Corset. It's the Buffista answer. IJS.

Will a corset squish my upper back, though? I think broth and celery will have to be involved as well, alas. (Besides, the dress has boning in the bodice. Wearing a corset underneath might make me slightly immobilie.)

We're all getting played with, babe. -Weird Barbie

Weird. I was just looking at my last Halloween picture (strong evidence that my ancestors were as Dutch as Dutch can be) and considering the brown bodice (kinda corset-ish) for prom.

Let's put it this way -- the more it squishes, the more you'll find the you have cleavage like you never dreamed dared dream of.

And, you know, the less oxygen.

So, your choice. I like a waist-cinchy but not overtight corset, meself.

Wearing a corset underneath

Don't most people wear them *over*?
