F2F 2: Is there anybody here that hasn't slept together?

Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon: New Orleans! May 20-22, 2005!

I look more rad than Lutheranism

It hard to explain to non-Buffistas how I just couldn't let a chance to meet Nilly go by.

Um, OK, I was debating with myself whether I should post this or not, and I'm not sure I'm able to make myself clear, but here we go anyway. Because, you know what? I'm not that special. It's not that I have such a bad opinion about myself or that I'm fishing for anybody contradicting this or anything like that, because I'm completely not. I just really do mean that. So, yeah, not that special. Just me, plain old me.

Nilly, have you noticed how Buffistas go out of their way to see each other whenever they're within driving distance of each other? And how often Buffistas get together? For no reason at all, other than it's Wednesday! Or "I just made cookies!" Or "A bug just walked across my kitchen floor!" (Okay, maybe not the last one, unless the bug is vw bug....)

We want to see you *because* you're just plain old you! It's what we do.

Herding cats for fun

Even the Hiding-in-the-Stairwell contingent wants to see Nilly!

It's what we do! (Even if it means peering through the stairs.)

Inquiring minds would like to know: just how many members of the Stairwell Contingent will be attending the SF Nilly-Q? We may need an extra bolt hole or an escape plan.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I am kind of thinking that Deb's kitchen will be the stairwell, at least for those of us not cat allergic, since the party will be outside.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

Teppy and I will both be there representing the stairwell contingent.

It really doesn't matter. It's just an opinion. Don't worry about it. Not worth the hassle.

A headcount for the actual BBQ would be a good thing. I'll be pinging as we get closer, to finalise.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

I missed that La Tep was going to San Fran! Yay!

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Definitely definite Teppitude in San Francisco? That is awesome! (The spare couch offer still stands--we have a newer used couch than at your last visit, guaranteed 100% not broken in the middle--but it has to be the couch, as it's an Emmett weekend and the bed will be occupied by boyness).

eta: does extra-happy shimmy of happiness for Gingertude as well

So, so happy that the whole Nillythang is coming together. Deb, let me know if you need help with vacuuming, cleaning, moving furniture, or any other prep work.
