Mal: Okay. She won't be winning any beauty contests anytime soon. But she is solid. Ship like this, be with ya 'til the day you die. Zoe: 'Cause it's a deathtrap.

F2F 2: Is there anybody here that hasn't slept together?

Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon: New Orleans! May 20-22, 2005!

It really doesn't matter. It's just an opinion. Don't worry about it. Not worth the hassle.

And, Laura's added to the list. I'm putting together a phone nmumber cheatsheet for use during that weekend, so an email's gone out.

Our wings are not tired.

Thanks Deb, yes, profile addy is good.

Insent JZ.

I am much too giddy about this.

I'm rather giddy myself! I'll be going solo this trip. The kids are back in school the 11th and it is just so complex for Brendon to travel with me. Much easier to just say, "see ya babe, handle everything," and leave. Bless him for being so capable.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

t sulks

I cannot believe that I'm coming to SF the week after, which not only means that I won't get to meet Nilly OR my darling Deena and lots of other lovely Buffistas, but that I also can't make it to Juliana's, and that I'll miss the Nilly East leg.

Worst. Work. Conference. Timing. Evah! But it's the best conf. for what I do, and I'll manage to have fun anyway. Somehow.

t sniffs dramatically

t pops back out of thread, swulking (swooning/sulking)

smonster, that bites, and blows, and sucks, all at the same time. What days are you going to be here?

Our wings are not tired.

Hey Deb, dear mistress of transport coordination. The ever so miserably cramped TED airline has flights from Fort Lauderdale to SFO for $208. Alas, it seems to be much more to go on other airlines.

I can arrive Friday at 11:21AM, 3:12PM, 3:24PM, or 7:30PM. What time of day would you suggest as most convenient for transport? I can always take public transport of some variety if a ride is not available.

Sorry about the sucky conference timing smonster!

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

3:24 Friday is the exact time Deena gets in.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

I may have found a ticket that isn't priced more dearly than uranium. If that's so, I still need a place to stay. I'm not picky, but I can't sleep on an actual floor b/c of my back.

A ride will indeed be available, either through myself or my angelic mama in law, sf-marty. I'd suggest early, but if you're staying with JZ, check with her; it may make more sense to get in later because there would be someone home to let you in. Alternately? Early and come play around shopping with us all.

edit: YES! I forgot, Deena's the same time. Try for that one, and we'll pick you up together.

Anytime at all is good for me, since I work only 4 blocks from the apartment -- any guests chez Zmayhem can just call me on my cell anytime and I can run down and get you settled in.

The flight arriving at 3:24 would be good WRT cutting down on the number of pick-ups and drop-offs the localistas have to do; you and Deena would arrive at the same time, and if she ends up staying at the Carl, well, that's just 3 blocks from our front door.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I just found out that a wedding at which I am the maid of honor may be taking place in Scotland instead of Boston. So my airfare budget may have to be dedicated to that.

Damnit. Want unlimited funds.
