F2F 2: Is there anybody here that hasn't slept together?

Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon: New Orleans! May 20-22, 2005!

I may have found a ticket that isn't priced more dearly than uranium. If that's so, I still need a place to stay. I'm not picky, but I can't sleep on an actual floor b/c of my back.

It really doesn't matter. It's just an opinion. Don't worry about it. Not worth the hassle.

A ride will indeed be available, either through myself or my angelic mama in law, sf-marty. I'd suggest early, but if you're staying with JZ, check with her; it may make more sense to get in later because there would be someone home to let you in. Alternately? Early and come play around shopping with us all.

edit: YES! I forgot, Deena's the same time. Try for that one, and we'll pick you up together.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Anytime at all is good for me, since I work only 4 blocks from the apartment -- any guests chez Zmayhem can just call me on my cell anytime and I can run down and get you settled in.

The flight arriving at 3:24 would be good WRT cutting down on the number of pick-ups and drop-offs the localistas have to do; you and Deena would arrive at the same time, and if she ends up staying at the Carl, well, that's just 3 blocks from our front door.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I just found out that a wedding at which I am the maid of honor may be taking place in Scotland instead of Boston. So my airfare budget may have to be dedicated to that.

Damnit. Want unlimited funds.

I'm not *that* bad of a houseguest, I swear it.

Jessica, tell your friend that your invisible friends think that Scotland is really, really stupid, and only a stupid stupidhead would have a dumb wedding there instead of Boston, which is practically local to NYC and therefore not stupid.

I defy her to resist the mighty force of our invisible logic as regards the stupidity of Scotland and its role in depriving the SFistas of you.

eta: Teppy, we have a couch still (and if Emmett is with his mom that weekend, an actual bed).

But...I really love Scotland.

OTOH, flights to Oakland are pretty damn cheap, if not nonstop. Is there a bed, couch, or floorspace left in case I can swing both?

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Alternatively Jess, tell her that you are honored to be her MOH in Scotland, but you budgeted for Boston. So if she's changing the venue she should pony up the difference in travel and accomodations.

What? Makes perfect sense to me.

Really? I don't want to be a space-grabbing hobo in your space-challenged apartment.
