Wash: So, two days in a hospital? That's awful. Don't you just hate doctors? Simon: Hey. Wash: I mean, present company excluded. Jayne: Let's not be excluding people. That'd be rude.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I know someone among the Laistas, who was not Allyson, said they would take Nilly to Disneyland. Who was it?

Also, Nilly, would you be interested in a day at the beach, or a trip up into the mountains, or both?

The status is NOT quo.

Lee, I think it was Aimee.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

I know I want to take Nilly to Mann's to see a movie, if there's time.

Herding cats for fun

Here's a shoe shopping recommendation to throw into the mix: The Sketchers outlet in Richmond, "near the bridge and visible from the freeway" is a preferred place to buy tiny shoes, according to one of my co-workers, who wears a mere 2.5 (and drives, of course, a Mini). She says, also, be sure to a) take Nilly to Nordstrom Rack, and b) check out the garment district in LA. She's quite certain that America can provide our guest with many happy shoe shopping opportunities.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

How small is your co-worker? I swear I was with the world's most petite adult woman the other day -- she was faint and slipped off the bench and I leant over and picked her up and put her back on.

I didn't have a chance to ask her where she buys shoes, though.

Yep, she should do the Mann's thing while she's here.

About the only drawback to here coming here in August is that we'd have no snow to show her.

I would totally kill like fifty people if we could find a way to let Nilly play in real live actual snow.

Lynn's about 5 feet, and tough as nails. I could call her Tyrannosaurus Pipsqueak.

Nothing in the mountains?

Lame-assed state.

I think this chick was maybe 4'10, on a day with a good stretch. Dunno if she's tough as nails, exactly, but she toughed out a krav class way beyond her fitness level, and didn't collapse until right after everyone bowed out. Poor thing.

I'm 4'9", and an uncle of mine has always called me "Tiger Lil." I generally get my size 4/4.5 shoes from Nordstrom's, Cinderella of Boston (which starts at size 1.5 and ends at 5), and Ebay. Do we know what size Nilly is?

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Natural History also isn't that far from Dougie's, a kosher BBQ and burgers place.

Awesome!

I have weird paranoia about places to eat, because I'm afraid I'll pick something that won't be the right kind of kosher.
