Remember that sex we were planning to have, ever again?

F2F 2: Is there anybody here that hasn't slept together?

Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon: New Orleans! May 20-22, 2005!

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Hey, you know what I just realized? I'll have free time in the daytime to show Nilly the NYC! All the rest of us have jobs at this point, no?

Not having has never been the thing I've regretted most in my life. Not trying is.

Astarte, if it's any consolation, I'm a wee bit jealous of your home ownership.

And it comes with mind numbing fear as a bonus. Who knew?

I want to meet you, too. I want to meet EVERYONE! But I'm so excited at this little bit that it's probably a good thing I haven't yet made it to a big F2F, otherwise I think my heart would stop.

We will meet, by hook, crook, or frequent flyer miles. I really am beyond thrilled that you'll get to be there.

Want Buffistas! WANT!!!

It really doesn't matter. It's just an opinion. Don't worry about it. Not worth the hassle.

Mart, excellent! Let's hook up on the phone tomorrow, and, best of mamas-in-law ever, we can make a list. I'll need to hit the Great Mall (where they keep the Pyrex outlet store) for a set of things specifically for Nilly's use. Also need to hit the linen outlet, but that's local.

Costco run, yes! We make list.

Nicole, you shall come and meet the ferals. I bet the kittens will be around. Be warned: hard to resist, including the adults.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I have no LA plans for Nilly. I feel very lame.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Noooo! I didn't get to meet Plei in DC, and now again no PMM? I mourn.

But there will be NILLY! And DEENA! And GingerandDebandmanymanySFistas, so I will console myself.

DH called just at the point when I was reading Deena's post upthread when she said she was coming. He got the full incoherent squeeage, bless him. I will happily send him off to the beach by himself in November (he's a hermit, he'll love it) because he's staying with Mom so I can come to SF and see Nilly!

I think you're right!

Just don't take her to Second Avenue Deli without me.

OK, but what else? We'll have to see what Nilly actually wants to do, but for sure I'm going to make her ride the Staten Island ferry with me.

All I care about is Second Ave. In fact, I propose it for a big outing-type-thing. (Hil says there are things her veggie self can eat there) It would be all fun and New Yorky and we can subject Nilly to Ashkenazic food 'till she pops.

Oh, I have a dual Museum of Natural History Membership. You are welcome to borrow it for an outing. Since they close at five (I think) it's probably best during the day. The passes even include the planeterium and special exhibits. Nilly might like that. And it's right by the park and not far from Zabar's which is also fun.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

Natural History also isn't that far from Dougie's, a kosher BBQ and burgers place.

NYC Museum of Natural History is a pretty, pretty place.

Take her to the Met, maybe?
