Damn it! You know what? I'm sick of this crap. I'm sick of being the guy who eats insects and gets the funny syphilis. As of this moment, it's over. I'm finished being everybody's butt monkey!

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Am I smoking the bad crack or does someone else remember that?

::takes a huff of Debet's pipe::

No, that's how I remember it too.

It really doesn't matter. It's just an opinion. Don't worry about it. Not worth the hassle.

Yep - things were going to be booked solid because of the commencement. It's always going to be an issue with a college town that time of year, methinks.

Our wings are not tired

Gotcha, so it's just Kansas City and then we're doing San Antonio/Austin as a single line item for the voting. Are there any cities we have missed?

Denver was brought up and then removed, as was Memphis.

Ann, that's a ferret.

Fred Pete is also counting the votes by hand, so he can just throw out any duplicates like that.

Though I hope it won't be necessary.

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

We could either do two lists of all cities and have someone choose one from the first and a different one from the second, or, if we didn't want people to choose the same city both times, then we could list all possible combinations. I really can't imagine anyone choosing the same city twice if we ask them not to, though.

I'm designing a ballot. It will list all the choices, once, and will only allow people to pick two of them.

When is graduation weekend in Austin?

Which is the weekend of the F2F, yes? Won't we run into the same problem as Lawrence?

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Hey. I'm still into all the cities.

I'm also probably going to try to join up for Nilly's visit, since I missed this F2F. So I may need to look into non-hotel accommodation for LA and possibly San Fran.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

Austin may have the same thing with hotels as NO though- graduation or no, there may still be plenty to go round. I don't know though.
