IIRC, Erin and Gudanov are in KC, with Erin as point.
I'm the only active Buffista in Cleveland (there may be lurkers), though Liese used to live here.
I don't know of any other Buffistas besides Juliana in Minneapolis, but Daniel is in Minnesota and may be able to help.
JS is the only Buffista I know of in Toronto.
Astarte is the Buffistas in Austin.
Ginger's not in Nashville, but offered to be point person if there's interest in Nashville.
Besides Heather's knowledge of and connections in NO, -t lives there, but she just got married so may have gone black for a while. I haven't seen posts from her lately. She may be able to do some research type stuff on-site, and I have her e-mail address if you want to contact her, Heather.
Edited because I oopsed. Thanks, Kristin and Bev.
Astarte is also in Austin and volunteered to help.
I think I'll let her do her just married thing before I bug her with F2F stuff, but of course any and all help is welcomed and appreciated.
Deena, Ginger's in Atlanta (or environs) but has family and has lived (I believe) in Nashville, and offered to take point there, not Austin.
You know what? I shouldn't rely on my faulty memory, even when it thinks it Knows what it's talking about. Thanks, Bev. Going back to edit.
I have a strong preference for NOLA at this point, though Cleveland and Minneapolis are also attractive. I went to Kansas City for work a few years ago and didn't think much of the city, but I'm willing to accept that a savvy local could turn that around for me.

Also tina is in Lawrence, KS.

And now, this time with 100% more buffistas.
Also tina is in Lawrence, KS.
And Mr. Broom is in Bonner Springs.
Though he prefers to be in Lawrence at any given time. Honestly, in terms of sheer awesomeness, Lawrence would beat KC hands down. It's a much smaller town than KC--only about 60,000 people--but it's full of good bars, good places for music, nifty little shops, and nice parks. Of course, it's a good forty miles from the airport, so it'd be a tad out of the way. Even though I've been here less than two weeks, I'm all about having F2F hotness here.
Also, I was not aware other Buffistas lived around here. Rock.
