Not javachik

Revised RFP insent to NoiseDesign. I think it's better than last year's, for what it's worth.

The status is NOT quo.

For what it's worth, I need to note that despite the fact I would love to go on the Windjammer and have been dying to do so, I wouldn't be able to go unless it coincided with a school vacation. That whole school teacher thing doesn't allow for much flexibility.

Summer is a great time to go on one, though, becuase most people reserve times during the winter...otherwise I'm stuck with a specific week in December, February, or April. Sorry...

Our wings are not tired

Got the RFP, I've only had a quick chance to look over it but it's looking good to my eyes right now.

Also, I've heard pretty much no discussion on the dates so I'm going to assume that means that we're announcing May 21-22 as the dates of the F2F tomorrow. It's time to speak now or forever hold your peace. I'm running over to press to give folks one last chance to voice stuff.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

Regardless of when we do it, how wide a window for the dates are we talking about this time around? Is that in the RFP? Not having the group rate for Thursday night this year was really nasty. I checked the LA F2F notes, and the Safari/Anabelle allowed the group rate from Wednesday through Monday.

Yep, that's on the list DX. Part of the reason we're nailing things like dates and location down early. I'd like to try to get us a week window of the good rate, at minimum a 5 day window.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

The Bronzer Reunion will be in May in NOLA, and I'm working out dates for that by poll/availability. I won't know the date for a few weeks, I think.

ETA: Not that that should have any bearing on F2F dates, now that I think about it. There's few in the way of BronzerBuffistas who'd have a conflict about which event they'd attend, I think.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Or we could really scare NOLA and have them the same weekend.

It is likely to be a Masquerade, so, you could come as a Bronzer.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Can I go as you?

We might damage NOLA, that could be fun. Maybe if we got hotels on across from each other on Bourbon Street.
