The Humans is one thing. People we already know and love? Another thing altogether. I for one want as many of those all together in one place as possible.
You guys -- you know I freak out like this every year before the F2F. Being around a group of people I know is just as scary, for totally different reasons:
(1) They'll realize I really AM a twerp;
(2) They'll like other people better than me;
(3) They won't pay any attention to me;
(4) They'll pay TOO much attention to me.

There is no way in the world that I would discount your feelings, because they are your feelings. I would point out that you were high on the list of people I wanted to meet in Chicago, and again in LA. I know that I am not the only one who very much looks forward to seeing you in DC.
