Here's the current list of possible parks in the NorthEast. Feel free to tell me if some of them suck, or if I'm missing some.
Six Flags Great Escape -- Lake George, NY
Six Flag Darien Lake -- Buffalo, NY
Seabreeze Park -- Rochester, NY
Funtown -- Saco, ME (Excalibur wooden coaster)
Canobie Lake Park -- Salem, NH
Six Flags New England -- Agawam, MA
Lake Compounce -- Bristol, CT
Kennywood Park -- West Mifflin, PA
Knoebels Amusement Park -- Elysburg, PA
Hersheypark -- Hersheypark, PA
Dorney Park -- Allentown, PA
Six Flags Great Adventure -- Jackson, NJ
Hersheypark has the America Zoo. If you're going there, we can talk.
Depending on work, and if I can get time off, I can probably join up for the PA leg of the tour. I lurves me some rollercoasters. Also, any other kind of ride that involves plummetting.
Theo, when I try to go to your pictures, I only get a blank page. Sigh

Beverly, I loved reading your recaps!
It's so lovely to see people keep remembering fun they had and mentioning it here. Also, that there are already plans (I've skimmed) for next year? That's the bestest way to show how much people had enjoyed the last weekend.
Tell me about it. I asked if he could do a dirty martini, and he said no, so I figured he just didn't have the olive juice. So I asked for a regular gin martini, and he starts to pour vodka into a glass! I say, no, GIN martini, and he makes me a gin and tonic. Hmph.
And my second vodka tonic was actually a gin and tonic. But since I also got handed a Diet Coke after asking for a cup of ice, I chalked it up to bad hearing.
Six Flags New England is near me, but whether or not I can go depends on whether or not it'll be a weekday. [Edit: to clarify, I work during the week, but I could go on the weekend.] I remember going to Canobie Lake when I was a kid. I thought it was pretty fun, but I don't remember details.
Funtown -- Saco, ME (Excalibur wooden coaster)
Ooooh. I've driven by there hundreds of times, but never actually gone on it.
I'll hopefully be able to join for at least a few, but I won't be able to figure out which ones until you've figured out which ones will be when.
My pictures are developed and will be online soon! Except for most of the Prom pictures because, although I thought I turned on the Flash I either really didn't or it the button had to be pushed each time.
Also I learned that disposable cameras and the cost of developing the pictures is too expensive. I need to get a digital camera and save money.

Yes, one of the mandatory Buffista technology acquisitions, apparently.
Let's see: Wireless laptop, Sidekick, Digicam, Cellphone. Is there anything I missing from the list? (I have none of those things, and now want all of them. Life Unfair to TechnoHaveNots!1!)
Well, you get more points for combining those into as few devices as possible.
I'd also recommend a TiVo and an iPod.
