Everything looks good from here... Yes. Yes, this is a fertile land, and we will thrive. We will rule over all this land, and we will call it... 'This Land.' I think we should call it 'your grave!' Ah, curse your sudden but inevitable betrayal! Ha ha HA! Mine is an evil laugh! Now die! Oh, no, God! Oh, dear God in heaven!

Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon: New Orleans! May 20-22, 2005!

love's a dream you enter though I shake and shake and shake you

Kristin, the weekend of the 14th-15th is getting close to meara's birthday (and mine) on the 29th. I wonder if we could convince meara to make the trip if we promised her birthday spankings.

And how much do I love that I share a birthday with meara? A whole big bunch.

I can't even.

Freely envying the company and the food of the fagiolistas.

Looking at my August calendar, who knew it would be tough to schedule it this far out?

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

I remember Deb's pasta y fagioli from Halloween. And with Jess contributing her culinary powers, it *had* to be utterly mind-blowing.

Though they are DEAD to me.

Our wings are not tired

Yes, it was most yummy at Halloween! Deb's cooking kicks ass.

The middle to end of August is also about when NillyVisit will happen.

Thrive to spite them

I have a frozen dinner. I'm completely jealous and will sit with Teppy in the "they are dead to me" corner.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

(still Deb)

We ran out of pasta y fagioli and garlic bread early. Lotta food.

My daughter is gorgeous. She and Jessica are two months apart in age. I find this mind-blowing, yet oddly reassuring.

I come home tomorrow night. Who wants a Bay Area F2F? If anyone wants to pay for the food (dead broke), I'll cook it.

Lee, I thought Nilly was coming in September? juliana's wedding is on 28 August; I'm hoping to get to Minneapolis for that.

Please tell me the Nilly tour has an East Coast leg.

I don't think so, Deb. She has to be back by about Sept. 10th, and the last I heard it was going to be late August.
