Never goes smooth. How come it never goes smooth?

F2F 2: Is there anybody here that hasn't slept together?

Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon: New Orleans! May 20-22, 2005!

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

Thanks. I put the backpack down there this morning, then totally forgot about it until I got back to my apartment.

I'll be in hospitality earlier, as I remembered to bring my pirated DVD of animated Tick episodes and those would do well for Saturday Morning cartoons....

Yay!

I'm probably going to be getting to the hotel by 10ish tomorrow.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

I'll slut this number just to say how jealous I am.

Have a great time, Buffistarinos!

Our wings are not tired

Okay, just got back to my room. I've been up all night in the hospitality suite giving full meaning to the Night Shift. However, some pictures are here and here. Now I need to catch some shuteye.

Beverly and I are heading down in a few minutes, and hopefully will be down there in time for the Zoo trip.

In other news, I am all verklempt thanks to the blanket that Trudy made for me. It is a lovely, lovely blue linen wrap with a picture of my house! There is also a teeny applique of Jeeves that is going to be sewn on in the location of my choice (on the front steps, as if making one of his little breaks for freedom).

Last night, a smallish group of us (me, Beverly, vw, Emily, Sheryl, DX, and Billytea) went out to dinner at an Irish pub near Union Station. Our waiter, who sounded as if he was from New York by way of Texas, kept trying to speak with an Oirish accent that made David Boreanaz's sound like a work of genius.

The status is NOT quo.

Morning, F2Fers!

Leaving for the airport in about 10 minutes. See you all soon!

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

I'm up and actually fairly rested. I'll let the Zoo-trippy people know that Anne is joining, though she may well end up joining us at the Zoo, I suppose....

My laptop absolutely refuses to cooperate with the hotel network -- it connects but won't actually tranmit or receive packets. So I am having to resort to dialup, which feels not unlike banging rocks together to make fire, while all the cool cavekids have matches.

It really doesn't matter. It's just an opinion. Don't worry about it. Not worth the hassle.

Morning.

Need to hook up with Bev. Kristin being met in lobby around three.
