Yes, indeed, dinner is going to be on the cards. After a 5.5 hour plane ride, I'm going to be ready to eat. But my post-arrival stuff is entirely in Vortex's lap.

Wow, y'all went crazy posting over the weekend!
I am back in town, and feeling oddly disappointed to have not seen a SINGLE CICADA. What's up with that?? I guess it's living in the city and not the burbs. (On careful listening, I do seem to vaguely hear them, in my apartment, but they're quite drowned out by the cars and sirens, so it's not obvious)

Lee, that's why we suggested the karaoke bar and the sportspub (with pool tables) that are on the same (small) block. So people could go back and forth at will. Also, right near the metro, so people could easily say "I'm tired, I dont' wanna wait for y'all to come get me/take me back to the hotel, i'm going/coming!"
