Gunn: The final score can't be rigged. I don't care how many players you grease, that last shot always comes up a question mark. But here's the thing. You never know when you're taking it. It could be when you're duking it out with the Legion of Doom, or just crossing the street deciding where to have brunch. So you just treat it like it was up to you—the world in balance—'cause you never know when it is.

Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon: New Orleans! May 20-22, 2005!

move out and draw fire

(*sniff*)

I wanna have lunch with you guys on Friday, rather than with my corporate masters...

I keep hoping NiH will call and say "Hey Raq, thanks for the DNA donation! The clones are about ready, want one?" because I really need to be in two places at once.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

KristinT,

I was actually talking dinner Friday, since I'll be flying solo, as it were. If you don't mind G coming with us, I'd love to join you Sat. night, depending on when I get back from the zoo.

The status is NOT quo.

I don't know who G is, but didn't you see? Blithely inviting all! Of course I don't mind.

DX is doubtless right though. We'll all mill about in the HS and divide into groups based on food cravings.

Our wings are not tired.

Blah. No Friday night dinner for me because I don't get to Dulles until 8:19, so another hour before I get to the hotel +/-. We will see what fun we can find at that hour. (like that will be tough)

Saturday morning cartoons in the HS? In jammies?

It really doesn't matter. It's just an opinion. Don't worry about it. Not worth the hassle.

(banging head on keyboard)

I have been trying to send Vortex a naughty e-card all day and if this damned machine doesn't stop crashing, someone will bleed.

Kristin, e me, and let's talk scheduling. I have Bev to myself (first time we've met, internet friends for several years) on Saturday morning, I think. But things are very fluid.

Happy Birthday, Vortex!

Oh, sorry Kristin, G is my fiance. He's joining the F2F at some point Saturday.

Laura and I plan now to meet in the Hospitality Suite around 5.

I'll be there. I expect I'll be getting to DC noonish. It kinda sounds like the HS is a good place to locate right off ... what with the possibility of finding people there or, at least, random bits of information that might lead to people. I think I'll go with that.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

I'm getting in Thursday night, but I was just figuring I could check the Hospitality Suite and meet up with people that way. I'm thinking about the Smithsonian on Friday, if anyone's interested. I'm leaning towards American History and/or Natural History (which has a baseball exhibit). Sometimes I lean towards the spy museum.
