I'm half-dreading/half-hoping that Draco is Harry's half-brother. We already know James Potter was a bit of a jerk.
We're Literary 2: To Read Makes Our Speaking English Good
There's more to life than watching Buffy the Vampire Slayer! No. Really, there is! Honestly! Here's a place for Buffistas to come and discuss what it is they're reading, their favorite authors and poets. "Geez. Crack a book sometime."
I've nurtured a fond hope that Snape is James Potter.
How the fuck would that even work? Haven't we seen actual memories where the two are separate entities?
Snape died and Potter is in disguise?
The old bait-and-switch, eh? So Voldie killed Snape on That Fateful Night?
I just get annoyed at the dad=good snape=bad thing and would like to see it turned on its haid.
God. No. What do I have to do to make sure we never get the scene:
Vader/Snape: Luke/Harry, I am your father.
hee!
I honestly didn't even think of that.
I'm personally hoping that both Snape and Draco end up fighting on the side of good, but still being pretty much who they've been. I don't want any kind of big change from either of them. Snape's been protecting Harry from life-threatening danger while still antagonizing him in non-life-threatening ways all along, and I think that Draco can end up fighting against Voldemort while still being just as bratty as he's been. (I also have suspicions that Dumbledore isn't as pure as we've been led to believe, but argument for that is kind of flimsy.)
How the fuck would that even work? Haven't we seen actual memories where the two are separate entities?
Yes, yes we have.
I'm still very faintly enamoured of the idea that Harry isn't James' son, but since the point has been made over and over that Harry looks just like James ...
However, I still say that Snape & Lily were an item, and that Lily ending up with James is what caused Snape to join the Death Eaters. Love of your live just dumped you? Don't sulk in your room listening to depressing music, join up with an evil wizard!
