We're Literary 2: To Read Makes Our Speaking English Good

There's more to life than watching Buffy the Vampire Slayer! No. Really, there is! Honestly! Here's a place for Buffistas to come and discuss what it is they're reading, their favorite authors and poets. "Geez. Crack a book sometime."

Art Crawl!!!

It would.

Which side of the family should it be on? (Either would be funny -- but would it be more funny if it were Lucius or the missus. . . . )

I'm half-dreading/half-hoping that Draco is Harry's half-brother. We already know James Potter was a bit of a jerk.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

I've nurtured a fond hope that Snape is James Potter.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

How the fuck would that even work? Haven't we seen actual memories where the two are separate entities?

Snape died and Potter is in disguise?

The old bait-and-switch, eh? So Voldie killed Snape on That Fateful Night?

I just get annoyed at the dad=good snape=bad thing and would like to see it turned on its haid.

God. No. What do I have to do to make sure we never get the scene:

Vader/Snape: Luke/Harry, I am your father.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I'm personally hoping that both Snape and Draco end up fighting on the side of good, but still being pretty much who they've been. I don't want any kind of big change from either of them. Snape's been protecting Harry from life-threatening danger while still antagonizing him in non-life-threatening ways all along, and I think that Draco can end up fighting against Voldemort while still being just as bratty as he's been. (I also have suspicions that Dumbledore isn't as pure as we've been led to believe, but argument for that is kind of flimsy.)
