I love Jilli's whitefonted idea a few posts back. I'm so curious to know Snape's whole story.

I don't think I've ever posted in this thread, but I'm hoping y'all can help me remember the title of some books I read as a kid. It was a story (or maybe a short series) about a brother and sister with some sort of mental powers. They were on their own, running away from someone, and were looking for their parents or their people. I think the title maybe had "Mountains" in it and it might have been made into a kids movie. I know this is really vague, but I can't remember any more except that I loved the story.

I never read the book and remember loving the movie. Something about the children's rooms they are given by the evil man has stayed with me as a vague memory and visual trigger. I should probably re-watch to figure it out.

The movie is never as good as the book. (which was also my answer if people asked why I hadn't seen The Passion)
