I'm so going to crack up if this happens and it's left ambivalent whether or not he might be playing Angel. (Not that I actually think Joss going there would be a good thing...)
Regardless, I will be cracking up at the idea of him on set, and seeing that Sean Maher sometimes dresses and styles his hair just like Angel.
I'd love to see some sort of subtle connection between the Angelverse and the Flyverse
That hadn't occured to me. Serenity lands on some lifeless rock like the one at the beginning of "Trash" only to find Angel and Spike squared off shouting at each other about whose fault it was they were left stranded.
Or DB plays the head of Blue Sun Corp., and doesn't go out in the sun much, and, funny thing is, once upon a time Blue Sun was a law firm...
So the Tams have been on the run for a year because he misses Drusilla and wants to make a new one?
Maybe Angel will be a companion client?
He experiences perfect happiness and becomes Angelus. Hilarity ensues.
Frankly, if Darla couldn't manage it on technique alone with the amount of experience she brought to the table, I don't think any Inara-come-lately would be up to the task.
LOL. Maybe you underestimate Inara? :-)
I don't think a perfectly arranged tea service would make that much of a difference for Angel. Now, if Giles were in danger of losing his soul from contentment...

If she did his hair for him, on the other hand...
