Oh my lord. Watching the SG-1 repeat where Jack is taken over by the alien organism thingy.
Jack-as-alien: "O'Neill.desires.to.live".
Camera, Jack POV: Cuts and lingers on Daniel.
Hee.
A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much anything else that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Not sure how I feel about Starbuck
I'm still with TWoP's line that Starbuck is S6 of Buffy in a jumpsuit.
Just saw SG-1 Moebius part one. It was... well, I'm not really sure, to be honest with you. Big concept, but I'm not quite sure if they're quite managing to pull it off. There were lots of amusing little in-jokes, but I reserve judgement on the plot until part two.
Moebius: I thought it was hysterical, once they got to the AU. Sam and Daniel are so cute oh my God. Poor dears. Also, hey, Our Team was canonically stranded 5000 years in the past--permanently--which means OT4, baby!
Well, except for the part where Teal'c would've dropped dead from lack of tretonin. Huh. OT3, then.
Tonight's Smallville:
t Imagines the last shot showing Krypto running away, then walking down a lonely road, away from Smallville. The music from the end of the "Incredible Hulk" TV series playing.
Oh, dear, Moebius made me smile. Daniel coaching Jack on focusing on 3000 B.C., Sam pointedly telling Jack not to screw up the timeline, Jack asking what B.C. is going to mean to an Ancient time ship. And then the AU. Although, Daniel's hair is brown in the AU? That's odd. I guess they didn't want him to look too much like early Daniel with the mop of dirty blond hair. I'm so shallow. But, anyway, it made me smile. Not convinced they'd actually be so different personality-wise (because of all my real world experience with alternate timelines, you understand), but it's very entertaining .
The funny thing is, I just saw an ep in syndication today where Jack was all even we know not to mess around with time travel, when talking to Thor. Yeah, right .
Smallville was pretty cute. . . what I'm imagining is that super-Rottie coming back and wreaking havoc.
Didn't the promo for next week look hilarious?
I wouldn't say hilarious. More like groan-worthy. Wuxia!Lana? WTF?!?
All in all, I enjoyed the episiode a lot more than expected to, but then the Clark/Lois bickering consistently cracks me up.
Oh, come on -- it's bound to be bad enough to be funny.
I have an odd bad=funny tolerance. It has to be bad in just the right way (and I can't even explain what way that is) for me to find it funny rather than annoying. That said, even bad bad can be funny when I have witty people present to help me mock. (See Van Helsing)
