Art Crawl!!!

I saw the pilot! So fun -- also Luke takes his hat off in the very first episode! And to think we thought that was revolutionary or at least meaningful when it happened last season.

Smallville pilot in 15 minutes.

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

Huh. Lana's parents are dead. Who knew?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I wonder if the Smallville writers were reading the web when they decided all her parents weren't dead.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

Huh. Lana's parents are dead. Who knew?

The devil you say...

Trust my rage

I just started watching Farscape this weekend via Netflix. I've seen the first 4 episodes so far. I'm enjoying it, but I'm not hooked yet. I'm a little turned off by all the weird shaped aliens, but I like the story so far.

I do believe in killing the messenger, you know why? Because it sends a message. ~ Damon Salvatore

Farscape was recommended to me by the same friend who got me hooked on Buffy. She's never steered me wrong. I've got all the Farscape on my Netflix queue, but it's competing with Queer as Folk.

Heh, Farscape started out competing in my queue but quickly pushed the others out of the way. I confess, though, that I really adored the pilot and its promise, so the hooking happened early. That, along with all the encouragement pimping I got here once I started, convinced me that the permanent emotional hook lay ahead. Um, yeah. That was true. Your friend is wise, Nonian.

And it's more than just a one note hook, I should add. So. Much. More.
