He was a popular soap character a hundred years ago. Mr. Sheffield was his character on The Nanny. If you've never seen him, well, you haven't missed much in terms of the show anyway. He's quite likable, though.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

Also, Pete proposed to Sam, and called himself a stalker and no one here made comment?

I did the first time he was on. I have no idea what Sam's thinking about.

I was charmed (albeit somewhat perplexed) by the fannish sensibility of many of the music choices -- it's like the director was trying to vid Canada. --loligo on the Olympic Opening Ceremonies

They're not going to tell us, apparently. Presumably he'll bring it up at some point offscreen.

Lots of *headdesk* moments in this one. On the plus side, everyone looked very hot, except for some of Sam's civilian outfits. She used to have such good taste! Dude, what's up with the pink tweed?

OH!!!

The woman who played Krista is going to be Lois Lane this season on Smallville. (Spoiler, sort-of)

Really. Huh. That's not a good sign for Smallville, given her apparent acting skills.

All is well that ends in pizza.

Then she'll fit right in on Smallville.
