What? I'm not allowed to hit people? Wesley: Not people capable of genocide. Angel: Those are exactly the types of people I should be allowed to hit!

I was charmed (albeit somewhat perplexed) by the fannish sensibility of many of the music choices -- it's like the director was trying to vid Canada. --loligo on the Olympic Opening Ceremonies

It was the straw that broke the camel's back, wasn't it? In terms of being so irritated with Jack that he was praying for the end of time.

That's so not going to make any sense if people don't know the song.

Yes, that's it. Yay! It was inspired by a particular conversation (which involved toothpaste at one point) so I wasn't sure that bit would make any sense to anyone.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Someone asked about it in one of the shows, or something, but I don't remember who, and I think most people got it. Oh, I know what it was. It was when we were watching the Unexpected Levels show in Cassandra's room after Premieres.

Theo, were you the one who wanted to see "Did You" again? Destina's got a link to it here.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

Thanks, Katie!

Kiss me, my girl, before I'm sick.

You know, I have mountains of work on my desk, but I can't seem to think about anything but vids. Vids! So shiny! I love them so much!

t dissolves into excited fangirly heap

Some of the Premieres vids were *so good* though, if I were a budding baby vidder, they would have made me pack my gears up in despair because I was just never going to be that good. Not to say there weren't some clunkers on that show, mind you. Oy.

Several of the premiere vids are now online for those who may want to check them out. Gwyneth's gorgeous Wes/Lilah vid, Valentine Heart, Here's Luck's Wonderfalls vid, Window of Opportunity that will make you walk around with a stupid grin on your face for the entire day, sisabet's Angel vids, Two Words, Laura & Killa's Scully vid Not Only Human, MorganDawn's Jeremiah vid, Pipsqueak's Willow vid Ordinary (awww), and Destina's "Did You", linked above. Several of the vid sites are password-protected, but they are so, so worth the trouble.

Vid-recs are tricksy business. I want to spread the love, but I also want to be careful not to post them in too conspicious a place, you know? For example, I feel OK putting up the links here for now because this thread has fairly low traffic, but I would feel uncomfortable putting up the link to the Wonderfalls vid at the Minearverse thread, given its higher traffic and occasional visits from TPTB. (Although my guess is that Tim probably would be delighted, not dismayed.)

Isn't it? I need to DL it so I can see it again. Pretty much all I remember about it now is that my reaction to it was something like "Oh! Oh oh oh! Scully! I love it so much!"
