Spike: You pissed in the Big Man's Chair? That's fantastic! Gunn: Spike, can you please turn off that warm fuzzy? Spike: What, the Lorne thing? Worn off. I just think that's bloody fabulous.

A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much anything else that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

All is well that ends in pizza.

They also say that superman-v.com is claiming that the Superman movie role has been offered to Tom Welling, who is mulling it over.

Chris Reeve might come on board in some capacity, too.

My thoughts: Tom would need to bulk up like Chris Reeve did prior to his Superman movie.

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

August 27-30 James Doohan will be honored with a convention in his name

I'm sorry to hear about his Alzheimer's, but the one time I heard him speak, he really bugged me. He was at MIT in the mid-80's and the focus of his speech was on how we had to beat the Soviets in the space race. It was surreal.

Also, obtain a brain transplant from someone with acting talent.

The generation that could change the world is still looking for its car keys.

I could have sworn James Doohan already had a star. I could even swear I have a photo of it at home.

Wait! These aren't MY pants!

Also, obtain a brain transplant from someone with acting talent.

Well, it did mention Chris Reeve might be involved.

I was charmed (albeit somewhat perplexed) by the fannish sensibility of many of the music choices -- it's like the director was trying to vid Canada. --loligo on the Olympic Opening Ceremonies

SG casting: Per Gateworld, Claudia Black will only be in the one episode, not three. Alas.

Well, maybe they'll get her back, if they go to a ninth season. But yeah, disappointing.

ETA: I will say, MS has said the episode with CB was his favorite to film all season, so there's that.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Maybe she's really busy with all sorts of exciting projects.
